1. Who we are

The data controller is Kripto Šume DOO, Veljka Dugoševića 54, 11050 Belgrade, Serbia (company no. 21917133, tax no. 113707186). For any question about your data, write to contact@forests.digital.

2. What data we collect

  • Contact form: your name, e-mail address and the message you write.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your e-mail address and, if you enter it, your name.
  • Server logs: like any web server, ours records the IP address, the time of the visit, the page opened and browser details. We use these only for security and troubleshooting.

The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts, and it loads its fonts and images from its own server.

  • Contact form: our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
  • Newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see section 7).
  • Server logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.

4. Who else processes the data

  • Web3Forms receives the data from both forms and delivers it to our inbox. Web3Forms keeps no subscriber list.
  • dAppulse (dappulse.com) runs the server the site is hosted on.

We don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

5. How long we keep it

  • Contact form messages stay in our inbox for as long as we need to reply and meet any related obligations, and are then deleted.
  • Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
  • Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted automatically.

6. Your rights

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • see the personal data we hold about you,
  • have inaccurate data corrected,
  • have your data deleted,
  • withdraw your consent to the newsletter,
  • lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).

7. Unsubscribing

Send us an e-mail at contact@forests.digital from the address you receive the newsletter at, and we’ll remove it from the list.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest change is at the top of this page.
